Amoskeag Women's Health (AWH) was founded by a group of women's health specialists with the purpose of helping women achieve and maintain personal wellness throughout pregnancy, and beyond. AWH patients find our personalized prenatal care to be comprehensive, calming, and reassuring.

Marc DuHaime, DO, FACOG

Dr. Duhaime was born at Elliot Hospital and grew up on the west side of Manchester, NH. Following his graduation from West High School, he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology from The University of New Hampshire (Durham, NH). After years of diverse hands-on experiences within the healthcare field, he earned his Medical Degree at The University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine (Biddeford, ME).


Liezl Irisari, MD, FACOG

Dr. Irisari is Board Certified in both Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery as well as General Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Irisari believes in a holistic approach to women's health issues, as not everything can be fixed with a pill or with surgery. Dr. Irisari embraces the philosophy of Amoskeag Women's Health and is committed to compassionate, quality health care.


Linda Griffiths, CNM, APRN

Linda has been providing Advanced Practice Midwifery and women's care for over forty years. Linda Pioneered Midwifery both in the State of New Hampshire and Manchester, she was the third Nurse Midwife in the State and the first Nurse Midwife in Manchester. She became the first woman on the Department of OB Gyn at the Elliot Hospital in 1982. We are privelidged to have Linda on staff to serve AWH patients!



Placenta Encapsulation

Placenta encapsulation is a process in which, immediately following the birth of your baby, your placenta is dehydrated and ground into a coarse powder, which is then placed into small capsules that look just like any other vitamin or supplement you might take.
